Filter materials

We produce filter material made of thermal-bonded nonwoven polyester fabric available in a roll as well as ready-made details. The maximum width of rolled-up filter fabric is 200 cm. We currently produce coarse G3 (150 g/m2) and G4 (230 g/m2) filter material, but we are expanding our product range and also produce materials in filter class M5. Our client base mostly comprises companies specialising in air filters.

The filter materials available from SNT have been designed for reliable and stable air filter performance. The non-woven polyester fabric we use is thermally bonded, which makes it uniform, durable, and suitable for capturing dust, pollen, and other airborne particles. The material is easy to work with and can be used in large rolls or as precisely cut pieces according to the customer’s production needs.

With a maximum roll width of up to 200 cm, the material can be used in a wide variety of filter ventilation and air conditioning systems. G3 (150 g/m²) filter material is best for catching larger dust particles, while G4 (230 g/m²) is a more efficient solution that extends the life of your equipment and improves indoor air quality. We are also actively looking to expand our product range to include M5 materials for even more refined filtration.
